Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged product

  • You receive an incorrect product

The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Order details

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

Refund Processing

After the returned item is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that are used, opened, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
